Sadly Mary G6SWZ resigned as Secretary of the Club.

When an Officer resigns the Club has to hold an EGM to elect a replacement, this will be held on Wednesday 30^th July 2025 commencing at 19.30 in Aisthorpe Village Hall adjacent to our shack.

If you wish to nominate anyone for the Secretary’s post, please send their name along with the name of a Proposer and Seconder to secretary@g5fz.co.uk , all nominations must be received by Wednesday 16^th July 2025.

If there is more than one nomination it will be necessary to hold a ballot.

It was decided at the 2025 AGM that Members would be afforded a postal vote, if you would like a postal vote please make a request to the same email address also by 16^th July 2025 anything received after this date will be disallowed.

An email will be sent to you with the nominations by Saturday 19^th July 2025, you vote must be returned by Monday 28^th July 2025 and any postal votes will be added to the votes at the EGM.

Obviously if there is only one nomination it will not be necessary to hold the EGM.
