GB5FPS & GB5WW are the calsigns used by the club for the 2 Special Event stations that we put on at Fir Park.

GB5FPS

GB5FPS is the callsign used for the ‘Fir Park Show’ which isi usually held in June each year and for the last few years the LSWC has put on a special event station over the events weekend.

GB5WW

GB5WW is the callsign used for the ‘Wings & Wheels’ event. This event is held over the August bank holiday each year. The LSWC again put on the special event station over the full 3 days. With this being a longer event it is usually well attended by members as a social event in the evenings as well as an SES for the public during the day.
